This is my go to for vitamins! Definitely worth the money. Great quality. It's ingredients was approved by my doctor and dietician. It has all the vitamins that they want me taking. It's a capsule you swallow, so no bad taste to worry about. I was suffering through those huge chewable pills and they were terrible. Great for quick digestion. They are keeping my vitamin levels in check so they are definitely effective! I just wish shipping was a little faster. Definitely order these a few weeks before you need them or stock up on them, because shipping takes some time!

Doesn’t make me sick like many others do. To me there’s no bad taste. Easy to swallow. I did get one capsule that was open and the powder was all over in my bottle, but that was the only bad thing, so I ordered more, a larger supply
