Great value and perfect fitment for my AKASO V50x .

Ordered this after doing research on the best non go pro action camera. We watched numerous side by side comparison videos of this and the go pro 8. Overall there was almost no difference between them except cost. My boyfriend loves this camera. He can’t wait to get out more and use it for more than our road travels. The kids love taking it to the pool and beg for us to float it so they can see themselves swimming, jumping and diving. The sound quality, stability, functions and features make it completely worth the price. Also the accessory packs sold separately work wonderfully too. We purchased an extra set of batteries and additional charger as each batter it comes with lasts 2.5 hours which is plenty but nice to have extras on hand for the times we don’t want to wait to recharge.

I purchased another AKASO V50X action camera recently to use when I video our travels in Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Nevada, and New Mexico. I use these small action cameras for “B clips” to add to my videos. For example; I set up two action cameras on small tripods on the trail as I hike. This way it gives a better example of what the hiking trail in the area. I use one about 50 feet behind me and one just in front of me facing forward. It records me walking away and walking past the other action camera. Doing this requires a few extra batteries to create a few of these “B clips”. The price on the AKASO Rechargeable Action Camera Battery with USB charger is a bargain.

I use my Akaso V50X for filming motorcycle trips. With more spare batteries, I can now film all day long just by stopping occasionally to swap batteries. The included charger is USB, so I can be actively charging the batteries in a storage compartment from a power bank.
