If you are looking at manuka honey, this is it. I prefer the 200+MG but I thought I give this one a try. It is a bit thicker than normal honey and has a stronger taste. I normally use it when I feel a sore throat coming on or any sniffles. I take a teaspoon or two throughout the day. It's not a miracle cure but at least it is natural. I hate pills and all their side effects. Great seller. Honey received in a small box, neatly packaged to prevent delivery damage. I'll be buying again in the future.

This stuff is great!
I put a drop or two in a mug of hot water with lemon juice & drink it every single day to ward off the flu or a cold. It is thicker than your typical store bought honey, but oh, so delicious! Also, because it is a little sweeter than regular honey, you don't need as much of it, so it lasts much longer! I highly recommend this product! If I ever need more, I know exactly where to come!
