Easy to swallow and good value

I see no difference in a month. I'm assuming that it is beneficial for hair because of it's properties.My advice- try it if you desperate, if you see any benefits then carry on, if not then discontinue. Doesn't hurt to try right?

Seem ok but switched to a different brand

Can't quite believe what has happened. I'm 67 years old and have had bad RA since my later 30's in fact my illness took my whole life away and I very rarely had a pain free day even though I take opiods for it. I've been taking these capsules 4 a day since the 14th March and today for the first time in I don't know how many years I'm actually pain-free - can't quite believe it.

As ou approach 50, some earlier, most men pee an awful lot in the middle of the night when you should be sleeping, barring serious health conditions its apparently called BPH and is common in men as you age, basically you're peeing all night albeit in a very difficult and slow annoying stream. This taken with a few other supplements I found after some research has helped immensely, I will definitely be stocking up, what a relief!
