Highly underrated health product

I was having common urination problem for BPH. I did not want to use prescription meds. I use this stinging nettle with Saw Palmetto and it has been a big help. I was waking up 3 to 4 time per night but now only wake up 1 to 2 time. It has also helped during the day. Obviously, we are all different and may have different results. I take one of these Stinging Nettle twice per day and saw palmetto 2 times daily. This is similar to some of the all in one prostate meds you can find here and at other places on the web. It took about 3 to 4 weeks to notice the full affects. When I back down or skip some doses i also notice more frequent urination.

At the age when most men have had symptoms of prostate enlargement for a while, it was no surprise when my turn came. These seemed to make a difference with symptoms of what seems to be BPH. I tried Saw Palmetto with less effect. I say this is a test run, because when I am done with these, I'll move to a more expensive brand that was recommended to me. Just didn't want to jump into the deep end and have it not work at all.

I take two capsules a day combined with a prostate 'multi,' a capsule with all the herbs known for prostate health. The multi didn't seem to work by itself. It has restored my flow, although I still have urgency occasionally, but at least I can sleep through the night. I restrict my intake of fluids after 6 pm, but no more getting up three or four times a night to pee. It works.
