Drill a tiny hole for the base if you want this because of cost. I returned mine. Brightness is nice though.

This product is definitely not worth it it’s cheap and the quality was not there if you’re looking for an expensive maybe it’s good for you but it definitely wasn’t a fit for me

I utilized a pair for a bedroom nightstand project. I hardwired the set and did not require the cord. LED lighting is idea for bedtime readers and convenience lighting.

Item is not UL listed and comes with a 2" mounting box not compatible with US listed electrical boxes. This is not compliant with the NFPA, National Electric Code.

Bright enough that your artwork will light up the room. Also, great reading lamp for over the bed headboard. I bought three of these in silver, for three large artworks, with no wiring, and built a fixture. Then bought a silver with plug for the bedroom. Then I bought a black one for a painting on a dark wall. Very pleased with all of them, so I just bought eight more in white for the basement rec room. They'll be on the ceiling pointing at the walls. Very high quality, 3000 degree light is very warm and natural looking, and way cheaper than almost any alternative. Highly recommended. Excellent for RVs or solar systems, since they're happy with anything from about 85 volts up to way over 220.
