The PC was a bit slow once i started it after purchasing. I thought some new updates and installs are happening, I waited to see the performance for a week. Yes!!! It has the best performance. Touch pad, keyboard every thing has a good experience. overall a nice buy!!

Worst Laptop
I purchased this Laptop just a month back (27-Mar-2019). Its not starting. It happened once about two weeks ago. I called their customer support. They set the Laptop right. It's not working again. This is the worst Laptop I ever purchased. I strongly advice against buying this Laptop. We get very good laptops at this price.

Never expected dell performance
Laptop has shutdown issues. 12GB RAM has very slow start.Very poor response from amazon, trouble shooting was not performed by amazon and don’t want to replace without trouble shooting. No control over staff. Service guys don’t want to take up trouble shooting. Very disappointed.
