I had a very bad experience with this product. When I received my order, some items were missing, including the backseat. I tried contacting customer support, but no one responded. Their phone number is always switched off, and their website seems fake. A few days later, the paddle of the bike got damaged. I emailed the company, but again, I received no response. They haven’t helped me replace the damaged part, and I have no idea where to get the missing or broken components. I strongly recommend not buying this product. The customer support is terrible, the product quality is poor, and missing parts are not available. It might look attractive because of the low price and top listing, but I suggest spending ₹1,000–₹2,000 more for a better product with proper support.

I had ordered this cycle for myself, but even now my mom and uncle is also using it and they are loving it, also got easily assembled in home in 15-20mins, digital monitor and different levels are working fine, twister is a cherry on the cake, a great product from reach

It was not up to the mark.. There is no tightening of the wheel Everytime its giving us same wheel movements even if i use the nob in middle. There is no pressure being put on legs while cycling. And support team also didnt fixed the bike properly. I have done it twice but still not efficient. Very disappointed..

Just to notes the delivery packing was very poor, its good things is, no one loose parts missing but the may gives extra cap it was broken condition. Any way rest of other side, product are good as price and I am happy with it.

Received a very damaged and resealed product that showed every bit of being used before. So beware
