Yes! Finally!
Wow! We have only had this a couple of days but I am so happy with this purchase! There is a lot to it but my 5 year old picked it up pretty fast. The location/tracking is exact and the phone call is clear. I would recommend this to anyone!

Love it but battery life is awful
I would give it a 4 star if the watch’s battery life could be longer. Everything works as described, we love it except the following:1. The watch needs to be charged every day.2. The date format is Day/Month/Year, which my daughter (5y/o) always gets confused.3. The message function is awful. It is hard to use.4. Ring tone style and volume can’t be changed or adjusted.Overall, it is a good product.

Far better than the TIMEX watch through T-Mobile
We tried the new TIMEX watch from T-Mobile for our 7 year old daughter. We had constant problems with the GPS and connection so we took it back and tried this. The TIMEX watch cost over $200 plus $10/month to be added to our account. This works far better, costs less and only costs $5/month. Just make sure you buy a sim card that is compatible with it. We bought this one and it works great: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HE3V7UW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Pros & Cons
Pros: voice calling is clear. There’s a feature that you can take an image of the child’s surroundings without the child knowing. There’s also a do not disturb feature when the kid is in school. The alarm clock feature is really loud. It can be heard from across the room. Phonebook can store up to 15 contacts. SOS feature is there and able to store up to 3 contacts.Cons: Product heats up if used to call and if internet is used. My daughter would complain that her wrist hurts because of the heat. Accuracy of location is very bad. Always 2-3 blocks away from current location. Battery life only lasts for an hour if used for calling or taking pictures.

unsafe and cheap
Most importantly, the lack of safety features is terrifying. The watch allows contact from numbers not in your address book (unlike name brands that do not), and within 30 minutes of activating the watch, my child received a call from a mystery man. We deactivated after some specific online research and returned it. The sound quality of calls is bad, also, and the band was cheap with holes not punched out, etc. This route isn't worth it - go for the more expensive, more safe plans.

You cannot set time on this so-called "watch"
What kind of watch that doesn't allow you to set time on it? This so-called "watch" thing can take pictures, has GPS tracking, shows whatever "time" it likes, but you cannot change the time. The text on the manual is so small, that you need a magnifying glass to read it. Once you managed to read it, you realized that you need a SIM card installed, to download an app on your phone, and remotely set the time on the phone.Yes, you read that right. This "watch", has so many features, but DOSENOT have an app to allow you to change the time.So I use my phone's SIM card. Whoops, it doesn't work. The "watch" doesn't even recognize the SIM.So after my eyes get used to reading with a magnifying glass, I read more from the manual. Here is what it asks you to do: it "recommends" buy a specific data plan from a specific carrier. No wonder my phone's SIM card doesn't work. This "watch" thing is a scam to entice you to buy that data plan. Unless you're prepared for that, forget this "watch" thing. It cannot even be called a watch.

COMPLETE Waste of Time and Money
I purchased this watch as a Christmas gift for my 8 year old daughter. I attempted to set it up prior to giving it to her so that everything would be working when she opened it Christmas morning. After MANY hours of messing with it, we determined that the watch must be defective as we could never get it to connect and get on-line. There is no contact info for customer service with this watch so you are basically on your own trying to figure it out. The instructions that were sent with the watch were so incredibly small that I had to purchase a magnifying glass to read them....NOT kidding! I am going to attempt to send it back and get a refund but I'm not going to hold my breath that I will be successful. Oh well....I guess if it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.
