Need to flip the + and -
Plugged them in. Didn’t work. Thankfully another review pointed out the positive/negative wires needed to be flipped (which LEDs require). I cut and swapped the wires and everything works. Should have already came like that.

Wires crossed
Item was wired in correctly. I had to switch the positive and negative wires in order to get item to work. Worked fine once i switched them. This was on both pieces that came in my order. Not just one.
