Amplified Indoor Digital HDTV Antenna 38 Gain Spectrum Grid

I was not sure a little thing like this would pick up anything. I've lost $20 before. I live in Bryan, tx and all I wanted to do was get the local stations about 10 miles away. Well I got the locals and what a surprise, I got Temple, tx and Waco, tx also. These sometimes break up somewhat, but it depends what time of day I am looking at it. For $20, I feel like I won the lottery.

I live in a 2 story brick building and tried to use the antena on an inside wall and it did not work very well. Perhaps in a different building it would be better

Provided minimal reception in our apartment. Rabbit ear antenna set I already had does a better job, even though need to get up and turn base from time to time.

I took this to Quito, Ecuador as the product states that it will accept the ISDB signal that is used (along with Japan) for terrestrial transmission in several South American countries, including Ecuador. No signal. Even tried it on the roof to no avail. It did work very nicely in the US and picked up a lot more signals than the unit I purchased at Target. I would not recommend for use outside the US.

It works better than the one I had. But... the cable is much shorter, so not much choice where to put it. If you use an extension cable then you have to find a place to plug it in near the antenna.

I put this in my bedroom. On average, I get about 10 channels and sometimes 20. I have to move it to another wall near the window then i will get 20 insignificant channels all the time. I don't watch much TV in my bedroom anyway, so it serves the purpose..

i am so excited to be a cord cutter. You'll definitely appreciate having the video to help you set up. It is simple to install and works like a charm. We have had a few touchy moments when it rains, but so worth it! Bye bye cable

Not a bad antenna, it's probably a little better than HD rabbit ears, but it's not a whole bunch different.
