I am so pleased with this product! Easy to use, just put your conditioner in your hair, heat cap for 2 mins and do what you have to do around the house. I am a senior person & I had no problem with the cap.

This product works as described. It's comfortable to wear, but it is a little heavy due to the flax seeds inside, but otherwise is comfortable. The cap stays warm for about 30 - 45 minutes. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Very practical item. My only “con” is that it claims to hold heat for 30-45 mins after microwaving for 2 minutes. I read and followed the instructions, but the heat lasted about 10 minutes, so I had to reheat in the microwave again to get another 10 minutes worth of heat. I would purchase again, but if there’s something out there that actually allows the heat to last the time that’s stated on the package, then I’d go with that one. But I’m gonna make this one work! Much more convenient that deep conditioning under a hood dryer, and I love how the warmth seems much closer to the hair but without causing damage/having to remain situated under a hooded dryer!

I did think it was a little small when I got it. However, when I deep conditioned and heated it up, it for just fine on wet hair. Gave me a wonderful wash n go after I rinsed.

The cap creates a hole in it after heating up the recommended 2 minutes and beads dissipate and come out of the hole. Besides that great product

I’ve only used once but I didn’t experience anything negative with the product. It worked just as it was suppose to. Put in microwave for 2 mins, stayed warm for 30 mins, & smelled wonderful.

I used this for my daughters hair when we deep conditioned. Unfortunately, the microwave burned it when using the right setting and time and little flax seeds were all over the place. I was only able to use this product 3 times at most before this happened. Looking for something durable? This is hot the product

This product worked exactly as I hoped it would. I used it during a deep conditioning treatment and afterward, my hair was so soft, with very defined curls. The cap itself is well-made, and the leopard print is a fun touch.

This product is a FIRE HAZARD!! I was waiting for this product to arrive for weeks and this was my first time using the heat cap. I started smelling smoke at the 1 minute mark and quickly removed it from the microwave only to find it had burnt and created a hole where some the flaxseeds spilled out. Definitely do not recommend this particular heat cap.

My cap came with a hole in it and half the seeds were all spilt in the box. Cheap product not worth the money or mess
