Samsung Galaxy A10 32GB Smartphone Blue - Italian Version

This was an excellent buy, the price was really good, and the phone itself is very good, easy to use and great features. Highly recommend.

After a small hiccup at first related to charging and I nearly sent it back I realised that after initial charge it would get quicker which it has and is charging ok now. I had to cancel the return which amazon was very quick to sort out but it is a very good phone and very fast

The A10 is a great phone. I bought it to replace an A5/16. It has more memory, a larger screen and is sleek and lightweight. I really like this model. It runs off 2G wifi, but is just as fast and efficient for streaming as the 5G A5/16.The supplier included a free 32GB SD card for even more storage, which was also great, even though I intended to use my SD card from my previous phone in this one. I am pleased with the performance of this device, which I will use mainly for streaming and playing games, as I have a smaller J3 for calls and communications while out and about. I had two main issues, however. First the phone is from an Italian supplier, and therefore comes with a 2-pin plug charger. This was not a serious issue for me, because I already have a Samsung charger from my old phone (in fact the charger/ USB cable for both the A5/16 and the J3 are compatible). However, I did need to change the language from Italian to English (UK) on the "Welcome" page, when first turning on the device. After that, set up was fine. I signed into the phone, downloaded the Smart Switch app from the Galaxy store, and transferred all my apps and data over.The second issue, however, may present more of a problem for some people. The phone comes locked to Vodaphone for both SIM ports, and has the My Vodaphone app in the Italian language. Since I only intend to use this device at home for streaming, games, documents, email etc on wifi, this did not concern me so much. But for someone who wants to use the phone with another service provider. This will involve paying an unlocking fee (or possibly two, if you want to use 2 SIM cards in it).As stated, I am happy with the device overall. It has a larger battery than other Samsung models, so I'm assuming it will last at least 3 years. However, I felt that I should mention the issues so that anyone considering buying from this supplier can make an informed decision. If not for these problems, I would have given the phone 5 stars.

This is my first Samsung mobile phone, after having two previous Microsoft mobiles. The initial set up was very good and I am delighted with all the features. The price was exceptional and delivery was just a couple of days late - due to COVID-19 - but well worth the wait! Would use this seller again!

What a great phone, battery life is exceptional, fast to use, camera not the best but okay. Only 2gb internal memory but 32gb micro sd supplied with phone. It's got to be the bargain of the year!

Arrived as estimated. It did have European plug which was not expecting and not specified but did come from Italy though.

Not happy that my Gpay is mostly Not working.
