Constantly sends internet disconnect notices (like 15x per day). When I contacted technical support, they said this was normal.....???? Really?Also, the water sensor is connected to the cable by two micro solders. The both broke off already with virtually no force and the person who designed this and thought it was ok to secure the sensor with a mere solder should be fired.
