I ordered two pairs of boots from this seller - and I had really high hopes for these as they are an EXACT dupe for the Chloe Susanna boots. I saw one user received them in white and they looked great...so I pulled the trigger on the black pair. They are amazing! Sure..a chemically smell right out of the box but that happens with a fresh pair of shoes from Nordstrom, too. I contacted the seller multiple times because some 'simliar style' boots don't actually have the same stud pattern as the photos in the listing. They assured me that the boots were made to order and that they would send me photos before they shipped. Now THAT was surprising...getting photos of shoes from across the world before they were shipped out to me. I definitely appreciated that. I attached a few photos of the shoes - they fit well and look expensive. The only difference between these and the designer pair is that this has a black zipper and the original has a gold zipper. Definitely a great addition to my neutral fall/winter wardrobe.

I bought these dupes, because they had good reviews and I didn't want to pay for the real Chloe booties. These booties were too tight on my foot but also too long, so when I walked the front would pinch my foot because of the excess room. I could also feel a round spot in the heel of the shoe that was probably support inside the rubber heel. I suggest just buying the Jessica Burman dupes.

These boots are great. I relied on the reviews and they were spot on. I love the Chloe boots but didn't want to spend $1400.00 on a trendy boot. When I opened the package I was shocked. The leather was so soft, both inside and out. The design is perfect and the quality of the boot is amazing. It did have a strong smell right out of the package but it smells more like a shoe polish, I know it will go away. I'm thinking of buying the cream or white as well. They were supposed to arrive 3 weeks from now the earliest. I got them today. I asked a question before I purchased and received an answer immediately. Customer service is great. I LOVE THESE!!!

4/21/2019 UPDATE:I have now worn these boots on many occasions. They are VERY comfortable and I get numerous compliments and questions when ever I wear them. No one can believe they came from Amazon! They also seem to be holding up very well.----------------------------------------I received these on time and packaged very nicely. I haven't worn them out yet, but around the house they are very comfortable. The fit is correct, I ordered a 7 and they are numbered as a 38 European size. I generally wear a 7 in boots and they fit well. I do not wear socks with any of my boots and these feel like they will be quite comfortable without socks. They are smooth on the inside. From the questions answered by the seller they are leather on the outside and inside. They do appear to be so. I have seen the "real deal" Chloe Susanna and these are pretty much identical as far as I can tell. The only place I can see some difference is the way the gold piece on the end of the strap is attached and the fact that these do not have a leather sole. I feel this sole is much more flexible than the "real deal" which to me is a plus. I will update this review should anything in my opinion change. As of now, I am very satisfied and may buy another color!

The most gorgeous boots however mine had a defect. Customer service answered all of my emails quickly and offered great options to ensure I’d be happy and be able to enjoy my purchase! They’re true to size - I purchased a size 39 and I’m a true 8.5 US. If you do have wider feet or would like to wear a sock I’d recommend going up a size.

I bought two pairs of these boots and they're GREAT!!!! One in black and in Beige (not white) took them a month or so to arrive but they're super nice.

The shoes are AMAZING. And not just for the price. The craftsmanship is top notch. I have to admit I was super nervous about purchasing them because some reviews said the fit was small but I got a size 38 and I’m a US 7.5 and they fit perfectly. Thank you so much Leo!

Its always a gamble when you buy shoes or clothes from another country...BUT I bought a size 41 and I am a size US 10..and they fit perfectly.Sue from Comfity was very helpful.They just arrived and I love what I see.Thank you!
