Amazing heavy duty paper shredder
I had been using standard / routine paper shredders in my office for last many years. Each of these would last for only a couple of months and would develop one problem or the other. This is not with any specific brand but a universal problem with run of the mill shredders. They are built to meet a certain target price and not performance. The last shredder I had, had to be repaired repeatedly every few months, and finally I threw it out and bought this one. Am I glad I bought this one. Though it's only been a few weeks since I bought this, I am really impressed with the performance. Shreds 12 to 15 pages in one go and without any fuss. The noise level is super low. No vibration, no dust flying from the shreds and no such problem. Yes size is a little bigger than the previous one I had, but that is one negative I am more than happy to overlook for its superb performance. Overall a highly recommended shredder for every day office use. Expensive but a solid work horse, in a few weeks you wouldn't regret the amount spent. Just close your eyes and buy this one....

Not working properly
The product is not a long time product it will work for 5 months and then stop working

Gets stuck.
Gets stuck every time at the time of shredding.Takes long time to switch on once in sleep mode.Gets Stuck when used 13 sheets as mentioned in the product information.Not worth the money paid.

bought the machine it work for one time then it is not working purchase on 14th Aug.and there is no cont. number for after sales service.even Amazon doesn't provide any suppport.take the product on your own risk.

I don't like to purchase Electric or Electronic item from Amazon. If any problem arise, no service & no reply from Amazon.

Its not for heavy duty office purpose, May be suitable for Home
I am not at all impressed, it is sluggish and struggles a lot, weak motor and overall built quality

Shredder for paper and more
Pros: Can shred many pages including credit cards. Seems solid. Not loud.Cons: shredded bits don’t all fall into bucket so need to clear the cutter after each use

Broke down after less than a month; motor was working but feeder could not pull paper in.
Worked great at first, able to take in 8 to 10 pieces of paper at a go. Motor gradually sounded more belaboured after two weeks and required down time more quickly. Soon after, the feeder stopped working and paper couldn’t be fed into machine even though motor was working.
