Delicious!!
This is the best GF Bread I have ever had! When you make it at home, you get that immediate gratification of the fresh bread baking aroma through the house, and when right out of the oven, the crunchy crust and hot soft delicious insides with butter is mouth watering !!!!! HOWEVER when I went to re-order I was told that Amazon is not sure when and if they will carry it again. Please please please make it available !!!!!

Not certified gluten free
I have celiac disease and I should’ve known I was takin a gamble that this mix wasn’t gluten free certified. I’m not feeling well after eating this, I suggest if you have celiac disease do not buy this product. My husband said it tastes great and I’ll most likely have him eat all of it.

fibrous
This bread baked up well for me and I’m generally satisfied with it. I’ve done a lot of gluten free baking and it’s not easy to replicate real bread. This is a bread you can slice and make a sandwich with. The problem I have with it is that I’m gluten free due to gi issues and between the sorghum, millet, and buckwheat this is too difficult for me to digest. I had to let my gluten tolerant family eat nearly all of it because more than a couple bites was too much for me and fresh baked bread goes stale quickly. If you can handle high fiber it’s a good bread but if you need a simple starch based bread this may not be the one for you.
