I am very happy with this AGARO 48 Litres OTG. The build quality is strong and premium, and the size is perfect for home baking. I have baked cookies, pizza and other dishes, and the results are really good. Heating is even, temperature control works accurately, and preheating time is also decent. It is very easy to operate, even for beginners. Interior space is spacious enough for baking trays and multiple items. Best part is that it is value for money for anyone who loves baking or wants an OTG for regular home use. Totally satisfied with the performance. Highly recommended for home bakers and cooking enthusiasts.

I am happy with my 48-liter Agaro OTG and the service provided. The oven heats evenly, delivers good baking results, and is great for cakes, cookies, and other recipes. The capacity is perfect for everyday use, and the Agaro service support was helpful and timely. Overall, a reliable OTG and worth the investment.

Received the Agaro Marvel 48-Litre OTG on 17th Jan. Unfortunately, the experience has not been satisfactory so far. The outer packaging was sealed with cello tape, giving the impression that it may have been opened earlier. Upon unboxing, I noticed a dent on the unit along with a Puja tilak mark already present (photo attached). This raised concerns that the product might have been previously delivered and returned. Even so, I proceeded to test the OTG. The unit does not heat at all, making it unusable. I immediately reported the issue to Amazon. Amazon has assigned a technician for verification and provided a 72-hour resolution timeline, which I appreciate. I will update this review after that process is completed. Separately, I contacted the Agaro service center to inform them of the issue. Unfortunately, the interaction was disappointing. The representatives were unhelpful and dismissive, and I was explicitly advised not to contact them again, as the product was purchased from Amazon and not directly from Agaro. This response was unexpected and concerning from a brand’s official support channel. In summary: • Product received appears used/damaged • Unit is non-functional • Brand support experience was poor • Amazon support has been professional so far Based on this experience, I would recommend prospective buyers exercise caution and research thoroughly before purchasing Agaro products. I will update this review after Amazon’s 72-hour service window concludes. As of now, dissatisfied with the product and brand support, while appreciative of Amazon’s handling of the complaint.

As expected ,very good product it is very simple to use worth of money.
