Great craft paper
So I haven't ever reviewed anything because others have already given a great perspective of the product. Because this paper had no reviews I thought I would give it a shot. The paper is pretty much as described. It is 2.9" x 2.9" (not 3") and does have many colors. When you look at the paper from the side it looks like there are really only 4 colors. However, once you open it up you see that within each of the 4 main shades (pink, orange, green, purple) there are many shades. For example, in the orange section there will be bright yellow, dull yellow, bright orange, dull orange, peach, etc. These are all intermixed, so if you are doing modular origami, for example, it would take time to go through the stack to find identical colors. It all seems sort of random. That being said, it is fine paper. It is a little thinner than I am used to using but given the size that probably makes a lot of sense. It doesn't feel pulpy at all but it is easy to leave marks when making tiny folds (not sure how best to describe that phenomenon). For the price I think it's a great selection. My only gripe is that the colors aren't all grouped together. With the size and how delicate the paper is I wouldn't be interested in sorting it out, but that is always an option.

2.75in paper, pretty good colors
These sheets are actually 2.9in square instead of 3in. It's not a large difference, but if it matters to your project, keep it in mind. The paper is also a little delicate, which may be difficult for new origami makers, but it's good quality paper. Also, the colors are not as great as in other packets. There are 18 colors, but 2 of the colors (metallic silver and metallic gold) have only 1 sheet each. The other 16 colors, as described by another review, are not in order, so if you're looking for a lot of sheets of the same color, this will be a mild hassle. If you're looking make 1000 paper cranes, you can buy 2 packs, like I did, which is fine. However, I prefer this paper ( Origami Thousand Cranes Kit #N8380 ) which I have used in the past and has a nicer selection of colors.Overall, this paper is fine for general projects and for people who have some experience with origami paper and are not extremely particular about their paper.

Always reliable
I been buying these from this vendor or vendor for a long time. The packagong has seem to change. But escentially they are the same thing as what they have been.Paper is thin and single sided. Its great for modular origami or if you want to pump out 100-1000 cranesPaper has always been even and cut properly. You wont need to worry about excess ans inconsistancy like if your buying generic square paper from like Walmart

origami papers
I wish same colors were stacked together, rather than alternated. The small size are good for simple origami.

More like 16 colors
The paper itself is thinner than regular paper but holds up well to folding and creates nice, crisp lines. Like the other reviewer said, the colors do not come sorted. I did take the time to sort them myself, and these are the colors sent: white, light pink, hot pink, red, tan, orange, peach, golden yellow, yellow, light green, green, light blue, medium blue, dark blue, purple, black, silver, and gold. There is only one sheet of the gold and silver though, which is why I don't really consider them part of the color selection; every other color has between 30-33 sheets. I ordered two packs of this and the colors/color count were consistent between both packs.

Bulk paper for miniature origami models
As many other reviewers have noted, this paper is thin and small. To me, this suggested that buying this pack would be useful for modular origami, which needs you to create between 18-60 identical pieces and interlock them for the completed model. I was not disappointed, as I ended up with more than enough paper. Each piece is easy to fold and brightly colored.Even better, the models that I could make from this paper was mini-sized, which makes them easier to display and much more attractive. This paper is the best for smaller origami pieces!
