Miele MB-CVA 6000, Pre-Installed Glass Milk Container for Miele CVA 6000 Fully Automatic Coffee Machines, 33.8 oz capacity

This is a replacement for an item I broke. It fit perfectly, and I was able to use the same day as it arrived. Being a coffee snob, I cannot live without this.

Works with the coffee maker great. Enjoy our lattes every morning.

Items was not brand new. Was used. Disappointed.

When we needed an additional milk container for our Meile coffee machine, most appliance dealers didn't want to mess with such a small purchase. I looked on Amazon and there it was. Prompt delivery at a good price. Very pleased.

Very very tight lid. My husband must open it for me.

This was supposed to be a new, unused and functioning carafe, but it was used and broken.

Generally, I love my Miele coffee maker, but the milk container has some real issues. Most importantly, if I fill the container more than half way, it won’t stay screwed shut. No matter how much I tighten it, the glass container unscrews and falls off from the plastic top. I have to hold it in place every time I use it. Second, the bottom of the glass container is designed such that the coffee maker thinks the jar is empty while there’s still a significant amount of milk remaining. Finally (and this is likely related to poor seal) the milk in the jar spoils much more quickly than it should. Given the high price of this item, I would have expected a better designed product.
