Cheap plastic
If you need a small, cheap piece of plastic with grooves and a handle, this is perfect. Don't rely on heavy duty washing as extended use can break the plastic and potentially hurt yourself. The weight makes it difficult to control the position and you must have a good location to place it otherwise you could make a mess or feel uncomfortable after 10 minutes.
