Best rice available
I like the packaging with reuse burlap bag. Flavor is excellent. Perfect texture and when cook correctly, rice is not too wet or dry

Only received one 20 poumd bag and waited awhile just to be sure and also don't know how to make a complaint so I guess I will start here.

Surprised
UPDATE:I got my second bag of rice a couple of days later by separate shipment.Increased to 4 star rating. One star is deducted for the stress and hassle of not being forewarned of the separate shipments.Suggestion to seller: Write "Box 1 of 2" and "Box 2 of 2" on the actual packages if they're sent separately, to help avoid any such confusion and concern for customers. Thank you.------------Three of things:1. I only got ONE 20lb bag of rice in the shipment! I've contacted the seller to see if the second one is coming by separate package, or if a mistake was made. Jury is still out.Hence the 2-star review. (I plan to amend review when I get my second bag).2. Rather surprised this came from Sam's Club! I usually buy this product from Sam's Club, but our membership has lapsed and it wasn't worth renewing (it's in another town).Imagine my surprise when a Sam's Club package arrived on my doorstep... No mention of Sam's Club anywhere in the listing that I could see? Hope that bodes well for my expectations at least.Would be interested to know if anyone else got their two 20lb bags in one or two shipments?3. As for Basmati rice - it's simply the best (if you don't overcook it). I cook it a minute or two under the recommended time, then tip it into a strainer and pour boiling water over it (I have an electric kettle, perfect for this).I then leave the rice in the strainer and sit it back on top of the pan, all heat off, and cover with a light cotton tea towel. I'll leave it like that for quite a few minutes while I finish my prep. It will continue cooking with the retained heat and built up steam.Perfect rice every time. Leftovers go in a ziplock bag and can be frozen or kept in the fridge. So versatile!
