Worth. Every. Penny!
I’ll admit, I was very hesitant to spend $15 on a product that I could find a similar for free (the hard shell wipes containers). Run, do not walk, to your cart and buy this if you use baby wipes! This is great!!!!Ok, so why this container vs. the one wipes come in? Well, we buy wipes refills in bulk. It’s way cheaper than the small package each time. And those hard containers they come in are hard to find. Even then, I often find myself reaching into the container and trying to fish out the top wipe- the wipes had fallen through the hole and to the bottom of the container- a small form of torture when you are trying to grab a wipe while keeping a hand on a dirty tiny human. And once I finally get a wipe out, the whole slew of wipes stays attached, despite the perforations between them. And God forbid you don’t close those containers “just so” and the top few wipes dry out. 🤦♀️THIS CONTAINER ELIMINATES THOSE PROBLEMS! First and foremost, this container does its main job: keeps the moisture on the wipes. I’ve never had a dried out wipe in this container! The weight inside holds down the wipes so there is always a wipe ready to pull from the opening. The weight also helps to provide the counter pressure needed to separate the wipes from the next one, allowing you to pull out just one. Overfilling the container? No problem, just leave the weight out. This container functions without it; you just lose that special feature. The top is easy to open one handed- even for people with limited mobility in their hand- and it stays open until you close it. It takes little force to close the top, so you only need one hand to open, pull a wipe, and close the container. Leaves your other hand to, you know, keep the baby from falling off the changing table.Overall, this wipes container is worth every penny. It allows you to buy wipes in bulk (making this worth it and still money saving in the long run!) and is designed for easy one handed use. Get this now, if you use wipes!EDIT: 3+ years later, the wipes we put in it still stay moist. When new moms ask me “what’s an item I should put on my registry?” This is what I tell them.SO. WORTH. IT!

this is the best one I've tried - its a winner!
Update 6/2021: so my son is now 27 months, at the tail end of using diapers. We use wipes more often to clean up his messes during meal time, as well as his self. The dispenser is still going strong. I occasionally wipe the bottom when I have to refill, it seems a few little crumbs or other debris made it through. No biggie. This thing is a beast. It’s gotten beat up and dropped so many times (by my maniacal toddler) and has still lasted. We currently use Honest wipes. I hope it lasts through to our second child!—————————————Original review 2/2020: First off, I want to let you know that I have tried many other brands of dispensers (Ubbi, OXO.. even pampers plastic container) and so my review would be comparing hiccapop to those.I have an 11-month-old son and we don't really have a typical "changing station" in the nursery like most people do (we live in an apartment with no real "dedicated" space for him) and instead use our dining table in the living room (it's a small IKEA branded table) because the height was better than the bed for us.I originally had a Ubbi caddy complete with the dispenser but found that the dispenser was really bad at dispensing properly. Hiccapop's dispenser is a little heavier. I also recently changed to a different brand of wipes (we were using Huggies wipes, then pampers for a few weeks until we decided on Amazon Elements brand) and those could not fit into the current dispenser I was using.Hiccapop is simple and easy to use. And the best thing -- IT FITS AMAZON ELEMENTS baby wipes. These wipes are much wider than others on the market and it was extremely hard to find a dispenser for it. Maybe I never looked hard enough, because Hiccapop came to the rescue! Is it weird that I have been super excited and happy to use this dispenser each time I change my son's diaper? Probably. But now it's one less thing to worry and stress about when I am wrestling an octopus on the changing pad. The wipes dispense in no time. I wish I could keep it open though, but my son constantly likes to close it (toddlers, am I right?)I assume this would fit many other brands as well (I've only tried Amazon Elements, Seventh Generation, Honest and Pampers). Try it! I know you will not be disappointed in the craftsmanship of this product.

Feels sturdy but lid won’t stay open
⭐️⭐️⭐️3/5 original postGot the product and was excited for it. The box feels very sturdy and I like the weight of the wipe insert. However, the lid will not stay open. I have to have the dispenser at an angle in order to have the lid stay open. So every time I need to pull wipes, I will need to pull several and take it out otherwise the lid would close and I don’t want to touch the lid with dirty hands.I do hear a little click when I open the lid but it would flop back down. It would work better if the lid stayed open.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️10/26 update5/5 stars for customer service. The customer service was very quick to respond and to help resolve issues. They were patient and did everything they could to answer questions and gave options.Even though this product didn’t work for me, I would still purchase from this brand again to give other products a try should I need it.Changing the rating to full stars for issue being resolved.

Works well
I got tired of the wipe bags from the store making so much noise when changing my baby. I like the wipe boxes I ordered 2 and they are great except for the the hight size. It will not hold a full pack of the larger parents choice wipes I have to put a chunk of them in a gal storage bag.
