At first I thought from the title what are we getting with this book. Knowing James it could be anything. He does love to keep his readers guessing!!! I received this book as an ARC then I re-read it so I could give my review.... The second time even had me wanting more.... I could see myself in a basket hiding for my best sexual fantasy... Yep readers you guessed it.... Our main character uses a Basket to hid.... You have to read this amazing book to see what happens. I can tell you that you will not be disappointed.... There is a lot of steamy filthy sex between the characters. This is a book you can't put down. If you have read James before.... You know what I am talking about. If he is new to you have fun

Outstanding ! Another dark, naughty, kinky read from James Crow! I was pulled into the story from the first page and held captive throughout. This story is completely unique, it's sexy, dark, unpredictable, and has many twists and turns. I can say without a doubt, this book is a winner, I give it 5 DARK, DIRTY, KINKY, STARS!!!

I'm so confused, and thrilled at the same time. This story had so many crazy scenes in it, that you think you're apart of it. Give James his applause because he did what he do best, give an excellent story.The Girl In The Basket is about Mary Mole and her hopes, dreams, and fantasies. She wants something extra from her favorite teacher and when she gets it, she can't believe the outcome. This story was a really good one, it has everything you'll expect from a James Crow book, especially the ending.

This book will suck you in before you realize it. Mr. Crow pulls you in and doesn't let go until the end. Another awesome kinky read by the amazing James Crow. I know some will be upset that my review gives nothing away but you have to read it for yourself. ENJOY THE RIDE!!!

Wow is all can say. James Crow blew me away again. I couldn't put this book down. Harvey, Penny and Mary take us on a crazy and insanely dirty ride. And the ending had me holding my breath , it was so awesome !!

This book was definitely a twisted mind f and I loved every word of it. I couldn't read it fast enough. I look forward to reading more of this author's stories.

I simply can't get enough of James Crow's books. They are such a departure from the run of the mill romance novels and that is what makes them so enjoyable.

No matter what James writes, I will read.So we have some delightful characters to meet in this story. Mary mole is one of them. shunned, frumpy, dwarf like and ugly as she calls herself. Enter Mr Hardy Harvey and Penny Jackson who are both her teachers and a huge basket and you have this new tale from James. Honestly when you read this you will feel that you are trippin out and gone bat shit crazy but this is James Crow all over. I adore James imagination, the man sure can think up some really strange stories so be prepared for what you are about to read. It is not light reading by any means, but what it is is unique and different, gutsy and brilliant; you never know what you will find on the next page.Addictive stuff from the Maestro himself, can't wait to see what he comes up with next !!!

The Girl in The Basket is such a stunningly dark and twisted book. It takes you to places that you never in your wildest dreams would expect to enjoy let alone want more of. A unique and spellbinding story that pushed all of my boundaries and threw me into an intriguing world of alternative kink. I highly recommend you read this book.
