I purchased these to go in a pair of high heel shoes that have a very hard sole. These insoles have the right amount of padding: some padding, but not too much. You don't want too much padding or else your shoes will be too tight and squeeze the tops of your feet or toes. For me, these worked well. They gave me a little cushion without squeezing me out of the shoes. They are extremely easy to cut down to fit your shoes. After experimenting with the comfort in my shoes, I cut off the toes of the insole entirely so that the padding stops at the balls of my feet, just before my toes. So I have padding from heal to ball, but nothing under my toes. This worked best for me. The biggest complaint I have about these insoles is they only have adhesive on the heel. So if you decide to cut the heel off, your insole won't stick to the bottom of your shoe bed. They really need to add tape to the sole as well. I also had a hard time peeling the backing off the adhesive. It kept trying to pull the adhesive off the foam insole itself. One other improvement suggestion; they should make these out of memory foam instead of regular foam. With those two tweaks to the design, these would be great. I give the overall comfort a 3 out of 5. They don't make your heels feel like slippers by any means. But its better than nothing. They definitely improve the comfort of my shoes. Overall, I think these are a pretty good product and I would purchase again.

These insoles are very comfortable for any situation where you are required to be on your feet for a long time, or when wearing heels that are not comfortable. These insoles do take up a little room on the inside of the shoe, so I do not recommend this item for shoes that fit tight. What I did was order my shoes in a wide width and put the insoles in my shoe and they fit well and are very comfortable.

They help but not exactly what I expected. The adhesive doesn’t stick that well and it moves around in my shoe. Helps with comfort but I wish there was more padding on the ball of my foot. Still recommend

For some reason I thought I was getting one pair of insoles but got two, so that was a nice surprise. Gotta say they are pretty soft and cushion-y. Wish they had sticky side on the bottom and not just on their backs. I had to cut the backs off because otherwise my shoes wouldn’t fit. But that means I can’t attach them to my shoes anymore. No big deal tho.

Bought this more to address fit of slightly large shoe. Doesn't feel like it does much for support.

These are perfect! I’m a size 7.5 - 8.5 women’s shoe.I have them in some flats and some boots - both are so much more comfortable now.

I ordered this for my wedding shoes because I had to order the shoes a half a size bigger as the options were size 8 or 9, but I am a 8.5. The shoes were a little lose, but with these inserts my shoes fir perfect. Not mentioning comfortable.

The product what is made well and I believe it would have been comfortable if it fit well into my shoe. My shoe continued to be too big in spite of the insert. Will return.

En general se resbalan, el adhesivo se desprende fácilmente y no se quedan en su lugar, la tela del forro es muy lisa y se resbala el pie, no las volvería a comprar, dinero tirado a la basura.

Son de gran ayuda para cuando el zapato es algo grande. También no te roza el talón
