This seemed bulky at first but it really snugs in between my legs. I like the strap as it keeps the pillow in place (most of the time) while I sleep.My tight hip pain in the AM has decreased & this pillow is definitely the reason why!This beats a regular pillow that ends up being flattened or ends up on the floor instead of between my legs. Not sure why I waited so long to get one!!

Soft cover, the blue color drew me to it over the blah white covers. Pillow slips a bit between the knees/thighs if you don't use the band. I don't care for the band, I don't mind readjusting the pillow as needed. Smaller than it looks to me in the seller photos, but measurements are accurate and works for my needs.

I spend 100% of my sleep time on my right side. However, I started having hip pain in the mornings. (I'm mid-30's, 110 pounds). I figured I needed a pillow between my knees to sleep more ergonomically, so ordered one to try out (Contour brand). That one made my pain worse, but it was such a firm pillow that I figured I should try another kind- hoping it'd be softer and better designed for my body- so I ordered this one. From the first night with this, my hip pain completely dissipated, and now I can't imagine trying to sleep without it. It's just soft enough to be comfortable, but seems like it'll hold its shape for a long time. I also like having the strap so I can't lose it in the night. Glad I found a solution that will allow me to side sleep forever!

Was hoping this would work better than a regular pillow but it was awkward and uncomfortable and just didn't move with me when I had to change positions. I returned it.

I've had various knee pillows of different shapes and fabrics and this pillow is a cross between the standard knee pillow and the triangle shaped pillow. The strap is on a diagonal and feels weird, however, it is super soft which I love.

This cushion is plush and super soft, and the whole elastic strap to go around your leg is exactly what I was looking for! Most nights I've been able to keep it on all night, though sometimes I wake up and it's around my ankles. Not this cushions fault- I'm a super sound sleeper, and I tend to move a LOT. At first, I thought the thickness was going to be perfect- but over time, the memory foam inside started to get flatter, and now it's just not quite thick enough for my needs. I use it so I can sleep on my side and not wake up with terrible back pain. While it's still definitely helping, and is a good product, I tend to add another pillow when I use it, which defeats the purpose a bit. Overall, I don't regret buying it, and honestly if I was lighter, t probably would be just fine. (I'm approx. 180 lbs)

As a side sleeper I’ve been using a knee pillow for over 5 years and can’t sleep without it. It helps align my legs/spine for a more comfortable sleep.My old one was not supportive anymore so I got this one and I’m satisfied so far. Good material that doesn’t flatten easily.

The media could not be loaded.  Love this. Purchased this in Oct 2020 for $27 and was hesitant at first on its effectiveness. But it truly helps elevate hip pain as I’m a chronic side sleeper. Works well and the band stays in place on my leg. Whichever leg to hook the band round, it’s fine as it stays in place. Only downside is that I have to hold the pillow in place at my leg if I wake up at night to go to the bathroom. Otherwise, been using it for almost a year and loving it. Buy it, no regrets. Will definitely help with the back aches and side pains.After using it everyday for 10 months, it’s still as firm as ever. I was afraid it might flatten but nope it didn’t.Thinking to purchase a spare one but the price increased by so much. Will wait and see but this product is a definite 5 stars.Pro tip: I found out it works well as a neck support pillow as well. I randomly put it on my neck and viola it works! Very comfy for a short afternoon nap.
