If you get bombed.. gear will be ok.. Too heavy for my use.
Way heavy duty. A little heavy for the foam plane. I probably mounted too far foward... I lost up elevator with power off.

Works well, but too small for a 25-40 class plane
As others have noted, this is way too small for a 40 size plane, and probably too small even for a 25. But since i needed it to replace the flimsy stock gear on a 15-size plane, I took a chance and it worked great! It was almost the same size as the original gear, but much stronger.I would have given it 5 stars, except for the fact that it's so much smaller than the description would imply.

Nice small model landing gear
This is a total solution for a 1 - 2 pound tail-dragger sport plane. The wheels are a bit larger and hard unless you are flying from grass. Everything is included to finish the project.

Small Landing Gear for Electric Plane
Advertised as 25-40 Class Landing gear, lots smaller then that. Works good on and Electric 1.5 Pound Plane but would never hold up a 25 to 40 size Plane. Price high for this size Landing Gear. Over all its Ok...
