Used this as the initial piece of jewellery for my p.a. and it did the job nicely; wider diameter avoiding pressure on the inside edge. Quality seems good, healed nicely with no infection as you would expect from surgical steel. One of the balls dropped off early on but seems that was because I hadn't tightened it sufficiently as didn't happen again.

Item was ok. Had a slight issue with a loose ball but managed to sort it out with a little solder. You get what you pay for but I was not disappointed.

Had the horseshoe in less than 24hrs before the ball disappeared. To make it worse it was not on the side I had fastened.It looked cute whilst it was in.

Love the septum ring, good quality, easy to fits. Highly recommend

Hats off to people that can actually get the ball screwed on.I gave up after 2 hours.

El producto es precioso y queda muy bonito, el problema es que por muy bien que tú enrosques la bola, se suelta y la pierdes, es el segundo que compro en una semana y en menos de un día las bolas se desenroscan solas.Con el primero me culpe a mi misma pensando que no lo habría enroscado bien, pero ayer me llego el segundo me lo puse me aseguré bastante bien que las bolsas estuvieran apretadas, pues todo para nada, está mañana ya no tenía bola. Con lo caro que es prodria ser de mejor calidad.
