2 Defective Units
The first radio I received the touchscreen did not work everything else seemed to function correctly including the steering wheel controls. The second unit had a working touchscreen but the steering wheel controls didn't work. Even when trying the canbus decoder from the first unit it still wouldn't work. I was also unable to link my phone with the radio for the screen mirroring function. The instruction book does not offer any information that would help (As in there was nothing about connecting a phone at all in the instructions) nor is there a website for this product to offer further information. I ended up using the support for the Pumpkin Branded radio to download the proper software (Easy Connect) and instructions to turn on USB debugging but it still wouldn't connect. Pretty sure the software will only work on an android phone with an older version of mirrorlink. Pumpkin auggested a Galaxy S5 or older for their clone unit. Both radios didn't come with a backup camera yet there is a picture of one in the description. I guess its just figurative... My suggestion is if you are looking for a stock look buy an android unit from Eonon, Avin etc and avoid this radio I personally don't want an Android unit so I am waiting on a refund and bought an Alpine.

Make sure it fits before buying.
Seller states it fits my year and model BMW. As you can see from my picture this radio will cover my AC controls making them unusable.
