Great product, and great customer service.
Can’t say enough good things about this headset and it’s maker. It installed within minutes, more on that in a minute. After a few adjustments to get the speakers aligned right, it was loud. Like too loud to listen to comfortably at full volume. Call quality is great up to about 40mph. But this is an open face helmet. I bet it would be much better if it was a full face one.As this is my first helmet Bluetooth device, I can’t say how it compares to other brands, but I can say, that for its price point, it works awesome. It certainly works a lot better than I would have expected for $50. I can’t imagine that the Sena at over double the price works much better.Installation was a breeze as my helmet had cutouts in the interior for the speakers. I was in a hurry and screwed up and mounted it with the stick on Velcro mount on the wrong side. This was 100% my fault, no fault of the product. The left side sounded fine, but the right side sounded like it was 3 feet away from my ear. As the cutouts were slightly bigger than the speakers themselves, I tried moving the right one around a little. Bingo, that did it. Both sides now sounded fine. After dealing with it being on the wrong side and not liking it, I started looking for a replacement stick on Velcro mount. While the clip mount is available on amazon, the Velcro mount wasn’t. I contacted Freedconn by e-mail to see where I could purchase one, as it was my fault, not theirs. Got a response within a few hours. They sent pictures of the mounts and asked me to verify which one it was that I needed. I told them and again, within a few hours I got a response that while it wasn’t available for sale by itself, they were sending one to me free of charge. This company really values their customers. After getting it installed and adjusted, I rode 350 miles, all on the freeway at high speeds. At full volume I could still hear the music fairly well above the wind noise up to about 70mph. Above that, the wind noise started to drown out the music. But this is on an open face helmet that I consider a bit loud as it is.I can’t rate the intercom feature as I almost always ride alone and even when I do ride with someone else, they don’t use Bluetooth. But I imagine it would work just as well as the call feature did.I’ve only had it a few days, and only used it for that one ride. But the battery is still showing over half charged after 6 hours of constant use. So it would definitely last a full day on a long trip. I couldn’t be happier with it, I’d recommend it to anyone.

Great unit - be careful with the bracket! - Advice on "stuttering" issue UPDATE
The receiver unit is good but the bracket is a little flimsy as another reviewer pointed out. I bought two of these units and finally had a chance to go out riding now that the snow is gone and it's above 30. I had installed the headset inside my helmet in anticipation of riding and tested out the unit. The sound is good and other reviews about volume are likely due to improper placement of the speakers. If you place them behind pads - you won't hear anything! You need to obviously place the speakers in the spaces between pads. The only issue I have is the plastic bracket that you need to attach to the helmet in order to hold the receiver. My first time trying to clip the receiver into it I found that it's difficult - which I suppose you want so it doesn't simply fall out while riding. The problem is the bracket snapped right above where the screws are so it won't hold tight anymore. I can use the adhesive bracket that came with it but I am now limited to using it with one helmet. They ship two sets of velcro to attach the speakers which is awesome so if you ride dual-sport and have a street helmet and an off-road helmet you could conveniently switch the unit from one to the other. I no longer have that option which is a bummer. Otherwise I like it.Update: the seller saw my review and contacted me about the bracket and sent a new one at no cost - great customer serviceUpdate: 7/13/18 - I've been using the unit for about 3.5 months now and the music streaming function has begun to fail. The music will randomly skip and stutter. I contacted FreedConn and was told to send the unit to China to be looked at! The shipping is almost as much as the cost of the unit and I'm guessing I would be without it for weeks or possibly months!Update: 8/13/18 - I think I've figured out the issue on the music skipping - turning off the wifi on the phone seems to alleviate the problem. I've notified FreedConn so they can investigate - updating the review back to 3 stars. I'm thinking the recent Android update to Oreo created the issue. It would be great if they would offer firmware updates since Android updates may cause future issues.Update:10/15/19 - This unit is still operational for me. I use it almost daily for music on my commute and since the issue with the wifi I've had no problems. Upgrading back to four stars for two years of use at a reasonable price.Update 10/19/20 - This unit is still working and there seems to be no issue with battery life yet - impressed!

Extremely Satisfied with Price/Performance
Fantastic little sets - works as advertised. I'm a grouchy old 65 year old and received a phone call from my daughter while riding at 70 mph - she absolutely had no idea I was motorcycling and said the audio quality was excellent. Had another phone call the same day and got another confirmation of perfect audio. Intercom audio quality and range with another rider is just as advertised. The FM radio didn't receive stations so well in non-local settings, although function was easy to manage. My TCOM version incorporates the "boom" mike. Installation was easy in my full face HJC helmet. The clip mount didn't provide a firm attachment, so I used the supplied adhesive pad instead. Overall, great price/performance and I'd buy another set if the need arose. Weakness is the FM radio reception when on beautiful Elizabeth Road in western Illinois.UPDATE - After a month of use I can confirm the 7 hour battery life for intercom mode to be accurate. Range - my experience is that the rider-to-rider range is roughly 400 meters, or about half the advertised range of 800 meters. Range test was performed with the forward rider in open sight on a flat rural road with no obstructions traveling at 45 mph, approx. Audio quality deteriorates at higher speeds, but that's due to wind noise and not a function of the TCOM unit. I'm still very pleased with these units.
