I really like this shirt.First off, I'm 5'10" & 280lbs - I bought the Navy 3XLT because if there will be a mistake in sizes, I would rather go bigger & try ti shrink it than smaller & have to return it. This is a true to size 3XLT - it is nice and roomy in the chest & abdomen, nice and long at the bottom - it covered my butt - and the arms have good length as well.The actual color was slightly different from the photo, which I liked - I was worried the color in the photo was a little too light, but this is a true dark navy blue color. I washed it as soon as it was delivered - and put it in the dryer w/my other shirts on med/reg heat for maybe 30mins and it held its size & shape well.All-in-all, a very nice shirt that should help on the occasional cold evening here in Seattle - if it were colder here more often, I wouldn't hesitate to buy more of these shirts.Recommended.

Decent shirt, but this runs veeery large! I typically wear a medium (38 chest/32 waist), but this shirt in MED is actually a Large, and didn't look like even after a washing would it shrink enough to become an actual MED!

I've been using this thing. Her need to buy 1 size smaller. Machine washable, do not have a lot of colors the water. Not China. I love the Carhartt Men's Workwear Henley Shirt.

This shirt which I own several is without doubt the most comfortable shirt I own. The quality is all there and although heavy still breathable. As self employed and semi-retired I dress the way I like and these shirts are worn nearly everyday. The short sleeve version gets used plenty when it warms up. The shirt wears like iron and will endure hundreds of washes. A very good value. I have spent three times as much for a fancy polo that just does not feel right. If you do not own one of these shirts pull the trigger today. They run just a tad large,but hang nicely a little loose.

These Henley Tees are at least one size too big. I wear XXL in virtually every other shirt on the planet, but even after a wash, the XXL was big enough for Shaquille O'Neal and then some. I read another review like that, and one that says they're too long, like they're built for a tall guy as well. It's too bad, because they seemed like a decent quality shirt, but I had to send them both back. I'm prone to try one size down, but I often wear shirts not tucked in. Even the picutre looks a little funny, a bit too long as well. Come on Carhartt, fix your sizes. Or Amazon, at least warn us about the sizing, so we can take a better shot at it.

I live in a cold climate (it snowed here yesterday, the day before Mother's Day). These shirts are great for hanging out and working in when you need a bit of extra warmth but you don't want to be encumbered by a sweatshirt or jacket. Nice for getting stuff done in the yard or garage.Quality appears Carhartt good. I have about 10 washes on mine and it still looking just fine.

No problems with fit as other reviewers have noted. XL fits my 220 lb, 6' frame perfectly. Length is great right out of the box (no "shrink to fit" required), but I like to keep my tees tucked-in. Could be too long for people who like to wear it as shown in the pic. Excellent quality and weight. Also a good value -- will be ordering more.

I bought this shirt for my husband who normally wears a large. Based on all the reviews I ordered down one size and the medium fits perfectly. As others note it is on the longer side, easy to tuck into pants. Solid construction, he likes it so far.
