Garage remote
The instructions that came with the remote were so small you need a magnifying glass to read it. I went on YouTube and found out was extremely easy to do and they seem to work very well

One of Two Remotes Worked The Other Did Not but Excellent Customer Service Chat
Update: I just ended a chat person (Lynn) and I was very pleased with this persons help. I will update this again to 5 Stars IF the reset procedure and/or fresh batter suggestion works on the one remote that did not program. Original Review : Ordered these for our Genie Pro Max garage door opener hoping they would replace the original remotes. I was able to program only ONE of the TWO remotes using the programming instructions. Tried multiple multiple times by firs presenting the LEARN button on the Genie opener itself and the pressing the 1) Press Remote Once 2) Press Remote Twice 3) Press again to operate the opener. For some reason, the first remote learned the code (Intellicode) and the second one would simply not program. Not worth sending back as one did work. I ended up ordering another genuine Genie remote replacement from the Genie store. Hopefully that one will be able to be programmed. Not sure what the problems is or if there are alternative programming methods. ALSO - The item is NOT as pictured there is no PRO sticker on the bottom of the remotes.
