Bausch & Lomb Purevision2 Monthly Disposable Contact Lens (6 Lens Pack -5.25)

I am writing this review after some months of use of this completely pathetic product from B&L - I have been wearing lenses for 20+ years and have mostly used B&L lenses - Soflens 59. I got inveigled into buying this product with all the hyperbolic advertising by B&L about how superior this lens is compared to their other lenses. It is a complete lie and this is a PoS product - buy at your own risk.First, for high powered lenses like the ones that I use, you don't get the same level of clarity as you do with Soflens 59 - although this is supposed to be better - HD vision!!! Complete advertising nonsense.Second, these lenses are supposed to be more comfortable than Soflens 59 - again, complete nonsense - within 15 days of opening a fresh pair, be prepared for constant eye irritation with these lenses. With Soflens 59, I have sometimes used their monthly lenses for 60-70 days - no problems. With these horrible lenses, be happy when you get just 15 days of use.These things should be removed from the market and B&L should apologise profusely to their loyal customers.

My experience was very disappointed.The product is not suitable with my current number and it's not returnable as I had ordered.I complained both side Amazon and Lense manufacture.But I haven't received any help yet also lost money.

Very good contact lenses, I am using approximately 16 hours from morning to night. Very good, I didn't feel that you are wearing contact lenses I feel like normal eye..No irritationBut use Bausch & Lomb (Bio True) lens solution.Don't use this cleanzol lens solution which comes with this package as a seller offer.

Atleast these two sellers (justlens and lensonline) are selling fake / counterfeits. You cannot wear these lenses for more than 15 minutes (original ones you can wear for 10+ hours per day for 20+ days). Amazon and/or Bausch and Lomb should take action and ban/remove/prosecute such sellers.

I have been using acuvue since the last 6 years. Main reason was its easy availability, cheap price and Johnsons brand. After much research, I decided to upgrade to pure vision 2. Yes it is almost twice as expensive as acuvue, but definitely a lot more comfortable. The lens itself is thin and the bevels on the circumference is very very thin. I don't feel like I am wearing a lens even after 10-12 hours of continuous use.

Optician selling this for 2000+ and i got my best rate here is amazon. also got additional Rs.15 for for No Rush delivery and amazon shipped next day itself. this is for my kid and he is happy with the contact lenses. I dont see a reason here why it is low rated...I found only the outer box was little old but manufacturing date is good. I'll buy it again here...go for it and dont hesitate due to the low star review.

I have received the product on time and the quality of the product was excellent and very well packed. Received lens case with solution. However, I prefer to use Bausch and Lomb solution for long lasting of the lenses.

I had ordered -8.5 lenses. The power stated on the lens is -8.5 but it feels like -7.5. I cannot see clearly...the optometrist too checked it to be -7.5. I opened the product only recently so its too late to exchange or return the product. If the seller can exchange my lenses I'll be grateful.
