Customer service was very helpful and accommodating and a resolution was found. This item is for a present so I hope the recipient is happy with it. I have used Beautiful Brows products for years and love it! I have never written a review for a product before, but felt I needed to, to acknowledge such fantastic customer service - I have never experienced such a friendly and helpful service! 😊

This is my third set of Beautiful Brows, so that shows I’m very pleased with this product.I first discovered it at a Bridal Fayre and wouldn’t use anything else now!I think it’s expensive for what it is, but this current purchase felt like a bargain as It had an extra grey compact enclosed also.I was told by the Rep at the Fayre, that it’s waterproof and smudge proof, and would last me for about 2 years... but I have found this to be Inaccurate information.It does rub off and it does smudge - so I personally would doubt that it’s waterproof. Also, the last compact before this current one, the powder block just started to crumble... it got to a point where I was unable to use it at all, so had to throw it away - mega dissatisfaction!Nevertheless... I would always recommend it - I love it - it changed my confidence when putting my makeup on. As I have barely any hairs for my eyebrows, this completely alters and improves my whole makeup look.Oh! BTW... I did need to practice with the correct stencil, before venturing out... you can get some very weird looks if you’re not careful - but great for a laugh!! 👍
