I needed something!
I have increased Plantar fasciitis and I must wear sneakers daily. Living in NYC we walk A Lot! My insoles had been replaced but I still needed that extra support so I did some research and found this product. I was skeptical, but they weren’t priced too high, so I bought a pair to try out. When I received them I was shocked since they are hard! Not soft, like most insoles. And I couldn’t find the Velcro at first but it was at the bottom of the package. I then inserted them underneath my existing insoles and walked to the subway, and WOW, I had relief! It’s been a few weeks and I didn’t have to use the Velcro on my brand of sneakers. I don’t think I could go back to regular insoles without using these!

They are plastic
The supports are plastic but the go underneath the shoe inner lining. Only had them for a couple of days and so far so good. After I’ve had them awhile I will update my review

flat feet this is going to be agressive/painful - plantar faciiutus its going to help but be sore
Very similar to my 1600 dollar good feet inserts except this is only one tyrpe insert designed to correct arch and plantar faciutus. If you are not going to deal well with pain and soreness trying to correct your arch and plantar faciutus then these might do well after an initial correction and less agressive arch hieght insert. Its almost the same as good feet but they give you a medium and relaxing insert so when you start and there is pain you can back down the stress on the arch.Run with sasquatch on ethese inserts if you can stand the pain but keep using them otherwise you may just throw them in a cormer.

Feel like I should have done a size up?
they work great. they seem to be well built. I just feel like it could have been a slightly taller arch?

After wearing them for an hour and a half, I couldn't walk!
I'm so glad that these help so many people! Foot pain is debilitating so it must be wonderful to find something that works. I've been walking about 8k-9k steps a day for several months, and my right arch began to hurt. These claimed to solve all kinds of foot pain, not just plantar fasciitis, so I decided to try them. From the minute I placed them into my shoes and began to walk i experienced sharp pain in my right arch. Since the instructions say to wear them for an hour the first day, then add an hour a day until you are wearing them all day I continued to wear them, but just around the house, for about an hour and a half. Finally I gave up, because I was limping and my right foot was screaming in pain. I had to put my feet up for the next two hours before I could put any weight on my right foot. These must work well - the reviews speak for themselves. But they didn't work for me.

Oh what a relief it is!
Never had problems until 9 months ago. Got it when buddies decided to start walking. Was fine at first. Then my old awesome shoes needed replacement and I chose sketchers that felt okay but had no arch support. We did 2 extra long walks of 6 miles and then 8. That's when pf kicked in. Podiatrist said I have fallen arches and scars along the plantar fascia. He gave me inserts that helped a little but not enough.I looked at these silly purple plastic things and was pretty skeptical. I had a pair of Champs I purchased years ago but they were 1/2 size to big so I forgot about them. After all the walking my feet got bigger so now these guys are the right size...cool. I pulled out the insoles and what do you know? They had a postit kind of glue on the bottom of them. Sticky but only enough to keep it tight in the shoe. I put the ninjas on and they stuck perfectly to the bottom of the insoles.Put my feet in the shoes and they felt fantastic. But not fantastic enough to go for long walks yet. I hope that pf condition keeps improving. Those velcro stickers that came with the short. I'd forget about them. I would experiment with gluing the ninjas to the bottom of the inserts with rubber cement or other flexible glue. Rubber cement is good cuz if you don't like it you're not stuck with it like if you used a silicone glue...pun intended.I like that the insert is independent of the ninjas. That allows you to try different inserts and use the ninja part for a different experience. Haven't tried it yet but considering it.I wouldn't mind a little more arch support. Not sure I'd like that or not but I think I would.I've had these for about 3 weeks and use them every day and I really like them.I wear a men's 8.5 US, regular width and bought the 8s for a great fit.Last thing that maybe of help. My Podiatrist recommendHoka One shoes because they're stiff and sort of roll as you walk instead of bending. This prevents the pf muscle from getting pulled tight with every step. He said for this reason, running shoes that are designed to bend are bad for everyday use, at least for my scarred pf muscles. I decided to stick with the Champs because they're fairly stiff and I already had them. Hoka Ones are pricey.

Very Hard Plastic and Very Spendy
I wanted to try a different type of arch support so I purchased these. They are very hard stiff plastic unlike the softer rubber ones I am used to. I do not have a wide foot but the inserts are very narrow. I have to move these soles from shoe to shoe so I cannot adhere them to the show and at a heafty price of $30 per pair I cannot afford many extra pairs. I have 60 days to use these and determine whether or not they will work for me. I do like they are made in the USA though!

Where are the velcro attachments, not in the bag
These seem much better fitting than the prior inserts I have purchased and used. perhaps because they are properly sized compared to other arch support inserts which come in only a couple sizes. The amazon product info says they have included velcro attachments which were not included in the package I received. Since I just got them I don't know if I really need the velcro attachments but I should have the option since they were advertised to be included. Perhaps the seller can send me the velcro attachments in the mail. If they do it will definitely effect an increased rating.

So far so good
These are pretty good just enough lift to help my feet walking in shoes all day at work.

Just "Ok"
At first they seemed to help and then they started to hurt my foot more than the problem. So I stopped using them. I think they need me to much wider too.

I can wear them a few minutes at the time. The material for the insoles are too hard
My heels hurt more because the insoles are too hard. I can wear them a few minutes at the time.

Waste of money
I received these recently and promptly put them in my shoes per the instructions. I've noticed no difference in my plantar fascitis even with doing the excercises that I do, and even after several weeks. Waste of money!
