Better Than Your Favorite Cereal
The best damn “healthy” bowl of cereal you’ll ever have. Fill a bowl with this, pour some almond milk all over it and get it moist, chop up some thick bananas and toss them in and you have a orgasm in your mouth to start the morning. The flavor is spot on being sweet but not artificial at all and this is an incredible value for the money as it’s healthy and natural! Plus it helps keep ya regular *wink wink*

Kashi Go helps me go poop
I love Kashi Go Honey Almond Flax. At $2.99/box, it's way cheaper than my nearby grocery ($4.99/box). Peanut butter is decent, while Go Crunch and Cinnamon are basically the same thing. Go Original tastes like what cardboard people eat. HAF, though, is the bee's knees, da bomb, and all that. It's delicious and quick for on the go, and better yet, HELPS ME GO. I LOVE KASHI HAF!!!

Definitely High in Fibre
Great cereal. Tasty crunchy. I usually eat cereal like a normal healthy adult: late at night, standing up in the kitchen, multiple bowls. Well, you get the idea….

my go-to breakfast cereal!
This has taken the place of oatmeal every morning. I mix it with regular milk or almond milk. Love the taste & crunchiness. And the Amazon Fresh price is the best I've found, at least right now, in NYC.

It’s alright…
The cereal is a little bit on the hard/crunch side. The flavor is okay and what you would expect a healthy cereal should be. The shelf life did not last long. After being stored in the pantry for only a month after opening, all the cereal inside clumped together. (Bag was rolled down and box was closed). Probably not something I would want to try again.
