I have a dog with an underdeveloped pad. This is the only thing I have ever found that works for him. They sometimes last an entire day at daycare, whereas socks and boots come off almost immediately.

I have a 15 pound, 15 year old dog. She has very long legs and is losing muscle mass. She is still full of energy and has bursts of youthful play, therefore lots of slipping. When she slips, she can get hurt. I cannot put carpet and rugs everywhere and these pads are pretty amazing! I have tried other pads, grit grip, shoes, and a non toxic spray. These pads are my go-to product. They are no mess and, depending on weather, can stay on for up to a week. (Obviously less time in rainy weather) For best results, trim the paw hair around and between the pads and keep it short. The pads stay on longer and are not painful to remove when paw hair is trimmed short. Start the pad placement at the top of your dogs paw near toenails. Paws must be clean and dry if you want them to stay on longer.

These pads will not stay on my dog's feet in the snow. It's a great concept, and they were easy to put on, but after a few minutes of walking around outside they fall off.

These did the trick for my elderly cat who was having trouble with her back legs on our wood floors.

It really helps our dog get traction. But the pads don't stay on the paws for very long.

The pads come right off. My puppy was able to bit it off and by the time we get outside it is falling off the puppy.
