i tried to remove the guide to change it to a longer one and the razor attachment broke. The guides are on so tightly that rather than remove the guide i snapped something inside and the top popped off.can i get a replacement top? the rest of this thing works great

Very disappointed. The clipping tools do not provide a close cut. If you want to simply trim your beard, the provided clippers do not come close to what is required. To call it a beard trimmer simply is not true.

Love the idea but the attachments didn't stay tight enough made lots of noise and didn't work well.

And expensive, gets the job done in a little to no time, really hold a charge and then take a beating after dropping it on the floor. Highly recommend it!

The charging set up is terrible. Should have come with a normal cord or USB. Basically doesn't charge. The lower settings pull badly, stopped using it.

Easy to use, low low price

The electric shaver is very useful due to its multi-functions. I can use it for nose trimmer and facial cleaning every day. I can also use it for hair-cutting monthly. The blades are sharp, making comfortable experience. I'd like to recommend it to my friends.

The product is not as described and doesn't give a proper shave.
