We decided to change the look of our 20 gallon tank. We bought these.We emptied and refilled our tank, added the gravel,and added a few live plants. Oh my, it looked beautiful.Woke up the next day to feed the fish.Never mind dead fish don't eat. They are not hungry. Never will be again.

Kills fish
Looks pretty and that's the only good thing I can say. Don't buy this. I rinsed them for 20mins under running water before putting in my tank. Within hours my betta died. I rinsed out the tank and washed the gravel many times, It continued making the water cloudy. When I pulled the filter out it was pink. I put the gravel back in the tank after washing it it's for 30 minutes more and added some glofish and they died within hours as well.

Caused cloudy tank
This gravel is best suited for decoration purposes, not for tanks with fish. Water was constantly cloudy. After tank cleaning every other day, followed by pet store consults & water testing, I came back to read reviews & saw others had similar problems. Gravel was replaced & purchased from the pet store. Water quality is now under control.
