this thing works but suction cups top and bottom. they showed the floor and I thought it looks the same as mine, laminated.. but the top part doesn't attach to anything in my house. I will have to take this with me to the dojo to get some use out of it when I bought it for home use. I dont like sending things back unless they are faulty.. it's not the business' fault that I didnt think about my purchase, i would hate it if i was a business owner and people where defacing my products and returning them just because they didnt think it through when buying.

As a ex boxer I was looking for a small sway ball to have a little fun on, I have used many top to bottom balls before and this one is useless! The two pins that hold the ball in place move when u hit it hense moving the ball out of it's original position, it looked good and this was just what I was looking for but it is a terrible product, would be good if they could spend a little extra on the bits that hold the ball in position! Then it would be a lot better. Buy a proper one

Do not buy this product the suction cups do not work properly on it and there is no other way of fixing it to anything a waste of £12 .39 if I had a way of sending it back I would and get my money back please do not waste your money on this product.

I had to glue the 2 plastic caps which are constantly getting out from the foam ball apart from that the rubber band Is great helps improve speed and agility drastically compared to using high end cobra reflex bag the bottom suction cup need a little bit of water drops in order to stay stable the upper one has been removed and instead tighten the rope for a pull up bar or some kind of screw or hook with double end wall sticker.

Suction pads sometimes might not stick to surfaces, good for focusing on speed accuracy and footwork. Works better if you have some knowledge on how to work on your boxing.
