When I received this product, it actually went to a neighbor's house. Apparently, they opened it, then brought it to my house. There was no wrappings, no box, and I don't even know if I received everything that I was supposed to receive. They just handed me a few boxes of tapes and a guide!I was not impressed with the delivery.
