awsome machine! toast and nuc!
love it! i threw away my oven and microwave because i knew these existed. i love having only one appliance that can cook my food a lot better than normal. i use the combo mode last night to cook a frozen chicken sandwich. i wish there was a cheet sheet on the settings. but i have not made a bad meal , i mean over cooked meal yet. its easy if its still cold but not over done.

DO NOT BUY
If there was a 0 star this piece of crap would get it. What a waste of money. Terrible interface and documentation means I still haven’t figured out the ‘oven’ functions. As a microwave. It’s pathetic esp for price. Can’t set clock to 12H time (srsly) so it’s 24 hour or nothing.And, after 7 months, it won’t work at all now.I wouldn’t buy this oven if it was the last appliance on earth. I would rather rub sticks together to start a fire than use this thing any more. For the love of whatever deity you worship, do not waste your money on this overpriced, under-delivering crap.

Looks nice and sleek inside my cabinets. Work well and would definitely recommend.

3 Years old and have to replace
After 3 Years stopped working and have to replace now with the new unit. Start button stopped working and caused electrical problem.

Works okay but not GREAT.
When our microwave died we tried replacing it AND the toaster oven with this. This microwave/toaster oven combo worked fine/looked nice, but it did not toast/bake as quickly as our regular toaster oven (took twice as long) and when running as a microwave it was super loud. Plus the unit clock only displays military time. We returned it and replaced the microwave with a new one of what we had.

Customer service
The unit did not come with the trim kit. I called the customer service number on the box. The shipped one out to me right away even calling the next day to give me a tracking number. The exact dimensions of the trim kit can be found on the Equator website. I was not charged anything. The unit itself is very well made. It runs very quiet, and the grill setting works well.

Wrong dimensions
This rating is not about the microwave performance which I did not have a chance to test. This is about the seller posting wrong dimensions. Both the frame and microwave I received were 1 inch shorter than advertised. Therefore the frame did not reach the top border of the space where the microwave would be installed.

Eco Appliances Resolved my issue!
It turns out the issue was not the fault of Eco Appliances and the Q&A on the website was done by Amazon so this is really an Amazon Fulfillment issue. Eco Appliances was able to resolve my issue and they were very sorry about the trouble I went through . I appreciated their follow-up and explanation of the issues I had. Thank you!
