Take your smoothie up a notch
Tamarind is a excellent source or minerals and vitamins. This powder does not have the intense taste of fresh tamarind so it compliments any smoothie. You hardly taste it. About a tablespoon is sufficient. I haven’t make a paste or sauce out of it but I will try.

Tastes Weird
It has a weird taste. Expected a sour tamarind taste, but it's not. Unfortunately, it's not returnable.

Makes great tea!
Love this powder. You can mix it with any milk--almond, coconut, cow, et al.--and drink it as you would any tea. It's great for inflammation.
