this is best one I have bought, had about five others nothing happened.... this I can honestly say now nails better so strong and growing , hair growing , all others said this but nothing happened will be buying this one again and again, finally one that does what it says, so happy finally, brill .

Taste is pleasant. Easily mixed with a shake, beverage or cereal. Happy with purchase.

I liked that this product is odourless and tasteless. I take this to improve my skin and joints. My skin looks amazing and I don’t have problems with my joints anyway so I can’t comment on that one but use it also as preventative.

I have had other products which are quite hard to swallow due to the taste, but this goes down easy, whether it is in water, or as I started doing, adding to my breakfast cereal. One negative was that the scoop was buried so far down in the powder that I did not realise it was there until I had been using it a week! As for all of the claims for the product on the packaging, I don't honestly know, but I am willing to have faith that it is correct and give it a go. There are no side affects to having it so you have nothing to lose and healthy insides to gain.

This is a good product at a very reasonable price. Of course it has to be used for some time before there are tangible results. The collagen provided is from several different sources which may increase its effectiveness. I add it to my morning protein shake in the mixer as I found it difficult to disperse in liquid by hand.

My wife uses it and absolutely loves it. She was almost in a panic when Amazon ran out of stick, such that I had to contact Vitality to see if there were any other stockists in UK.Excellent product, and well worth the money.
