Is the sizing chart accurate? I wear a size 11 but the chart states I need a 10.

Not remotely accurate. I wear a US 10.5 and ordered size 11 for thicker socks. I'm swimming in them - must be an inch and a half of space. My Boggs that I am replacing or size 11 and fit perfect. Just another Chinese knockoff that puts no effort into sizing...returning.

Are these lightweight enough for a lot of movement/mobility for Spear Hunting?

I’ve used these boots for turkey hunting, deer hunting, and shrimping on my boat here in Central Florida, they came in handy during hurricane Ian’s record high water also. I don’t know much about spear hunting, but why not ???
