This is a great product that doesn’t bother my family with lactose intolerance. High protein. Good flavor. A little high in the sugars, but for a post sport drink for my kids, it’s perfect.

I can't have chocolate, BUT i can have this mixed with milk. So every evening I have this mixed with lactaid fat free milk! I savor it and it is just enough to satisfy that "I want chocolate" craving.

While everyone has their own limits I will still say this. This product flavors is extremely good and very addicting, word of advice if you do not have good self control I recommend being careful. Overall product came with no problems and was very good.
