This is the worst product. It is hard and uncomfortable and when it is in the full back rest position it still isn't zero gravity not to mention your arms do not reach the massage. Don't buy this product. Also I haven't been able to return it, it has been a nightmare for me. Steer clear of this product.

Great item for the value! I was concerned about the weight and assembly process but they way it was packaged made it easy to move to my bedroom upstairs. And the assembly directions were exact. The chair provides comfort and massage where needed most. Zero gravity setting is very comfortable. Only thing missing is for the remote to have a backlit screen for use in dim room light. My husband & I are both very happy with this purchase.

Happy Happy with chair overall. Arm massagers basically are useless because of design and location of arm massagers. All other body areas for massage works as it should and is relaxing. Bonus, speakers have very good sound quality. Easy to assemble also a bonus.
