Instruction take 3 time a day. 30 capsules per bottle only good for 10 days. Suggestion: 45 capsules per bottle will supply for 15 days. (gets you through 1/2 the month). less bottles.

My husband and I have been using for 4 months. We are both not sure if it is actually helping. It gets quite pricey to "try" something when both parties in one household are giving it a try.
