Great customer service from Amazon but the new Battery didn't work.
Sadly, I had to return this item as it didn't change anything with my laptop - wouldn't hold charge. Sent it back and was waiting for the money to go into my account and then I got a letter from Royal Mail to say I should not have sent it back and because of the nature of the item, it had now been destroyed. I did everything I was told to on the returns part. Rang Amazon and they refunded the amount of the item and postage - excellent service! Just a shame that the battery didn't work.

Very good buy
Fits perfectly and i get on average 2.5 hrs use so very good and good value. Its new so cant comment on lifetime but i will buy again if lasts a couple of year

Read reviews. Disappointed
Followed exact instructions, battery lasted 53 minutes, lots of correspondence with seller, promised me a bee battery for an urgent meeting... it didn’t arrive. Very disappointed.

Fits perfect but terrible life
Battery fits perfect, only problem is after full charge will only power laptop to around 40% then dies no battery life at all. Calibrated battery just to be sure. Start charging, again and it shows its at 40%, life of battery is terrible.

So far the battery has been perfect, after full charges lasts a long while to be able to take on your travels, just what was needed after my old battery died on me
