I really like the warm feeling they give. They give a little burn at first but that's a good indication there working. The next patch there was no burn and maybe that's not the right term, but for the price you will love them and reorder. For 9 bucks I won't run out again. If you have arthritis in the hip your really going to love them. The package says they work for 5 to 6 hours but I've never changed them, they seem to work for me all day. Hell I forget I even have them on. Put them on after your bath or shower and oh baby sweet relief.

Used it for shoulder pain and back pain and got rid of most of pain. I'll give it 5 stars if it can rid me of my hip pain and leg cramps which are excruciating.Over all I was pretty impressed! I don't like taking pills for pain, so these worked good.

Bought these patches to try and they don't work at all! In fact, they left a red rash on my skin. I'm glad I only tried one before I threw them away.
